Provide safe, faith-centered spaces where women can speak openly about life, seasons, and growth alongside other Christian women.

Offer scholarships to youth who want to attend Christian summer camps and formative faith experiences but lack financial access.
Economic Empowerment
Create intentional opportunities for local women-owned businesses to gain visibility, connections, and customers within a values-aligned community.
The GLC Story
Get to Know Us
Grown Lady Chat began humbly in the home of founder and Chair, Dr. Sherunda Simone Josey. What began as a YouTube weekly show in Dr. Sherunda's home office has grown into a national community of highly engaged, Jesus loving group of ladies who are doing life together and with intention.

The first episode of Grown Lady Chat aired in 2023 with twice a week uploads. With the community growth and the direction of the Holy Spirit, Dr. Sherunda began to plan for an in-person event. Realizing that the community was forging relationships across the internet, it was only fitting to create space for in person experiences!

Grown Lady Chat hosts annual gatherings - Conferences and Retreats - to help foster community, growth in the Lord, and networking. GLC events are always dynamic, hands-on, life impacting, and lots of fun! However, with each event, the purpose is always the same - growth through Biblical truths!
